Exchange/Return

All returns must be authorized by shop@eclairelab.com before being shipped.
It is possible to request and make the return within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

It is possible to request a return authorization in the event that:

1. the item has manufacturing defects or is damaged,
2. for a size or color change within the same model
3. for withdrawal/return of the item.

1. Returns for faulty items

Returns must be authorized by shop@eclairelab.com before being shipped.
Shipping costs for faulty returns are paid by shop@eclairelab.com.
The goods must not have been altered or washed. Each item must be returned in its original condition and accompanied by the original labels, protections and case; the original sales RECEIPT must be present in the return package, otherwise the return will be voided.
You will be informed by email of the shipment of the replaced and suitable item; in case of product out of stock, you will be refunded.
The refund will be made in the same payment method used at the time of the order within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
The original shipping costs are not refundable.

2. Return for exchange of goods
Returns must be authorized by shop@eclairelab.com before being shipped.
The purchased items can be changed in size or color, remaining in the same model. All exchanges will be authorized and made based on warehouse availability.
Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

The goods must not have been altered or washed. Each item must be returned in its original condition and accompanied by the original labels, protections and case.
The goods must be accompanied by the original sales receipt, otherwise the return will be cancelled.
You will be informed by email of the exchange, once the required conditions and the integrity of the return have been verified.

The original shipping costs are not refundable.

3. Return for withdrawal
Returns must be authorized by shop@eclairelab.com before being shipped.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

The goods must not have been altered or washed. Each item must be returned in its original condition and accompanied by the original labels, protections and case, as well as the original sales receipt, otherwise the return will be void.

You will be informed by email of the refund, which will be made in the same payment method used at the time of the order within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
The original shipping costs are not refundable.

EMAIL FOR THE RETURN OF YOUR PURCHASE

- Describe the reason for your return in an email to shop@eclairelab.com and request return authorization.
- Place the item in the original case, with labels and protection, INCLUDING THE original sales RECEIPT.
- Close the box securely with adhesive tape.
- Label the container: ship to EClaire di Elisa Giussani, Via Vecchia Vorno n. 5/A, 55012 Capannori (LU).
